After two decades leading experiential marketing initiatives and brand activations for global brands like Mercedes, Microsoft, McDonald's, the NFL, and iHeartRadio, I founded MB3 Experiences to bridge strategy and soul. I partner with leaders and organizations to cultivate spaces of clarity, creativity, and transformation, designed intentionally, led intricately, and delivered with excellence.

The Journey to Mission-Based Experiences
My path in event production and brand experience strategy began in the music industry, supporting indie artists at Island Def Jam and Motown Records before expanding into corporate event management across entertainment, lifestyle, automotive, and technology sectors. From operations and PR to program management, I've orchestrated everything from intimate gatherings to national brand rollouts with global reach.
In 2024, after intensive ministry leadership training and five years dedicated to inner healing and intentional development, I launched MB3 Experiences, where Mission-Based meets experiential excellence. The "3" honors the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, grounding every brand activation and luxury event in purpose and transformation.
