Your $12,565 Planning & Coordination Fee is included in your total event investment , which typically ranges from $50,260–$78,535 depending on attendance (60–80 maximum), event duration (single or multi-day), venue requirements, speaker procurement needs, production complexity, and selected enhancements.
After booking, we'll conduct a thorough discovery process to understand your strategic objectives and design an experience that delivers genuine transformation.
INVESTMENT TRANSPARENCY:
The planning fee is non-refundable and represents compensation for MB3's strategic planning, production management, and execution services. This fee is applied as a credit toward your total event investment upon contract execution. All additional costs (venue, catering, AV/tech, speakers, materials, rentals, etc.) will be outlined in your comprehensive proposal and invoiced separately (50% deposit upon contract signing, 50% due 45-60 days before event).
