  • Unique venue sourcing tailored to your team's needs (estates, vineyards, retreat centers, waterfront properties, etc.)

  • Full-day (8-hours or multi-day) itinerary development

  • Activity coordination (approx. 2-3) and vendor management

  • Complete food and beverage planning (breakfast, lunch, snacks, beverages)

  • Day-of event coordination and on-site management

  • Post-event debrief and insights report (if applicable)

Event Investment:
Your $6,285 Planning & Coordination Fee is included in your total event investment, which typically ranges from $18,850–$36,650 depending on participant count (15–60), event duration (single or multi-day), venue complexity, selected activities, and add-on services.

After booking, we'll conduct an in-depth consultation to understand your team dynamics and objectives, then provide a tailored proposal with exact pricing.

INVESTMENT TRANSPARENCY:

The planning fee is non-refundable and represents compensation for MB3's strategic planning, vendor coordination, and execution services. This fee is applied as a credit toward your total event investment upon contract execution. All additional costs (venue, catering, activities, rentals, transportation, etc.) will be outlined in your custom proposal and invoiced separately (50% deposit upon contract signing, 50% due 30 days before retreat).
