Gift Certificate Terms and Conditions
1. General Information
Gift certificates are issued by MB3 Experiences and can be used for services provided by the company, including but not limited to retreats, workshops, and event management services.
Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash or refundable.
Gift certificates can be purchased for a fixed dollar amount or for specific services, as determined by MB3 Experiences.
2. Expiration and Validity
Gift certificates are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated.
After the expiration date, the gift certificate will no longer be valid, and any remaining balance will be forfeited.
Extensions of the validity period will not be granted except at the sole discretion of MB3 Experiences.
3. Redemption
To redeem a gift certificate, the recipient must contact MB3 Experiences to book services. Subject to availability, booking is required in advance.
Gift certificates must be presented at the time of booking or upon arrival at the retreat or event.
Gift certificates cannot be combined with any other promotions, discounts, or special offers unless otherwise specified.
4. Lost or Stolen Gift Certificates
MB3 Experiences is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged gift certificates. If a gift certificate is lost or stolen, please contact curate@mb3experiences.com for assistance.
MB3 Experiences may issue a replacement gift certificate if proof of purchase can be verified, but this is subject to the company's discretion.
5. Transferability
Gift certificates are not transferable without prior written approval from MB3 Experiences, and may not be resold or used for commercial purposes. Any unauthorized use of gift certificates may result in cancellation or refusal to redeem.
The person redeeming the gift certificate will be required to provide identification and proof of the gift certificate’s value at the time of redemption.
6. Refunds and Cancellations
No refunds will be issued for gift certificates.
If a retreat or event is canceled by MB3 Experiences for any reason, a full refund of the gift certificate amount will be issued to the original purchaser.
7. Limited Liability
MB3 Experiences is not liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use of a gift certificate.
The recipient of the gift certificate agrees to indemnify MB3 Experiences against any claims, damages, or expenses related to the misuse of the gift certificate.
8. Service Availability
Services provided under the gift certificate are subject to availability, including scheduling, location, and capacity limits.
Certain services, events, or retreats may be excluded from gift certificate redemption. Please contact MB3 Experiences for specific details.
9. Modification of Terms
MB3 Experiences reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on the company’s website or provided upon request.
10. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, and any disputes related to the gift certificate will be resolved in the courts of Fulton, Georgia.
