World Cup 2026, Atlanta
Every premium suite and hospitality space, ready for the world, match after match.
The project in numbers
A global stage, one home team standard
The world arrived in Atlanta, and every premium guest expected a suite that felt finished, personal, and ready from the first whistle.
Behind that moment sat 175 suites, nine hospitality spaces, a full roster of specialty vendors, and a match calendar with no room for anything to be late.
MB3 partnered with the delivery team to bring that hospitality infrastructure to life, so every space felt effortless to the guests inside it.
How we carried the build
One master plan
- Load in and load out schedules built around the match calendar
- Lounge openings and closings planned match by match
- Risks named early, with a plan for each
Vendors as partners
- Florals, furniture, graphics, AV, storage, and labor coordinated as one team
- Weekly touchpoints with the On Location hospitality team
- Accreditation so the right people were on site at the right time
Room by room detail
- Florals and finishing touches for every suite
- Welcome desks, photo moments, and signage tracked to the space
- Each space walked and confirmed before guests arrived
Details guests felt, even if they never saw them
175 suites, one standard
From field level suites to the most premium spaces, every room carried the same finished welcome: branded graphics and fresh florals, suite after suite.
The quiet reset
Lounges opened and closed on different match days. Each turnaround was scheduled in advance, so spaces reset cleanly and guests only ever saw them at their best.
Many vendors, one rhythm
Eight specialty vendors worked to a single calendar, with clear access, timing, and load out plans, so a crowded build never felt crowded to the guest.
Match day, fully alive
The real measure was the room on match day: guests gathered, celebrating, and completely at home in spaces that were ready for them.
What was delivered
Every space under MB3's scope was ready for every match. On Location's guest experience team counted about 20,550 guests served across the lounges and suites.
